YOUTH ENGAGEMENT
The Youth Engagement team educates youth of all ages about the importance of proper hygiene and its connection to academic progress, and physical and emotional health. Through engaging group sessions that incorporate discussion, movement, writing, role-play, and art, participants learn about a variety of hygiene topics and research-based recommendations to properly care for themselves.
To reach the broader community, the outreach team shares hygiene tips and facts aligned to monthly health and hygiene observances. The Youth Outreach team is available to facilitate in-person or virtual sessions for school, community, and religious organizations in Georgia and South Carolina and virtual sessions nation-wide.
